In the BEE BETTER Teaching Garden we had a bumper year of Monarchs, but I believe it had a lot to do with the monarch migration route this year as of October 4, 2017. As you can see from the map above, the migration on the East Coast tool a light left towards the West. We benefited from that. And as you can see what is happening in Tennessee, the home of the author of the NY Times piece
